Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, replacements, and warranty support.

1. Returns for Change of Mind

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a full refund:

*Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn and in the original packaging.

*Any free or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned together with the original product for a full refund.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

2. Replacements for Faulty Items

If your flashlight has a defect or is not working properly, please send it back to our warehouse. After we verify the issue, we will send you a brand new replacement at no additional cost. We will cover the shipping fee for sending the replacement back to you.

Replacement items are typically dispatched within two weeks.

3. Items Purchased Through Third-Party Platforms

For orders placed through other retailers or platforms within the last 30 days, we recommend contacting the original seller first — they are often able to assist you more quickly. If you are unable to resolve the issue with them, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to help.

4. Warranty Coverage

*Flashlight Body & Components (excluding battery): Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes the housing, LED, circuitry, switch, and all other mechanical parts.

*Battery: Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase, due to the natural degradation and charge-cycle limitations of rechargeable cells.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@imalent.com with the following information:

-The date of purchase and order number

-A detailed description of the issue

How to unlock/lock?

With the light off, double-press the side switch button (see Figure 2) to lock and unlock the flashlight,the indicator light flashes red twice to indicate it is locked, while the indicator light flashes green twice to indicate it is unlocked. When it is locked, the indicator light will flash red and green whenever you press the power switch button to indicate it is locked and unable to be turnt on.

I am enjoying the BL70, it is super bright on 6000 with a good range and very useful at 10lm and between also. i find the size really convenient for my pocket and recommend using the lock function as it turns on easily. Power to size ratio is fantastic.
